     Centre at Westbank is a 176,000 square foot Class A shopping center at a prime intersection in a centrally located, regional retail corridor primarily serving the population of Jefferson Parish and Orleans Parish near downtown New Orleans.  

      The tenant line up is comprised of nearly 100% national tenants with credit tenants accounting for almost 90% of the revenue stream.  These tenants encompass a diverse array of uses and anchors including Best Buy. Barnes and Noble, Michaels, World Market, Shoe Carnival, Petco, Pier 1 Imports, and Texas Roadhouse.

       The underlying real estate and the center itself are impressive.  The center was constructed in 2001 and is in excellent physical condition, and the location is at a phenomenal intersection with unparalleled visibility, strong signage, and easy access.  As such, the center has been 95-100% leased since construction

       This centralized location near the central business district provides a dense 15-minute drive time population that includes a population of approximately 235,000 earning an average income of over $60,000.  

     The location off of Westbank Expressway, the primary East-West thoroughfare in the market and the only access to the two bridges to the east bank of the Mississippi River, provides visibility to approximately 100,000 vehicles per day, more than many interstates.  Additionally, Manhattan Boulevard is the prime retail corridor located central to the Westbank market with centers anchored by WalMart, Target, AMC Theaters, Lowes, Hobby Lobby, Burlington Coat Factory, etc and enjoys traffic of 50,000 vehicles per day at its core.
